Sundar Bose (CEO)
Mr. Bose Sundara, CEO of Kalpataru, brings 30+ years of MEP experience across the UAE, Saudi Arabia, Morocco, and India. He has led major projects like Al Wasl Tower, D1 Tower, and Arzanah Medical Complex, with expertise in HVAC, plumbing, electrical, firefighting, ELV, BMS, and medical gas systems. A specialist in large-scale execution and site coordination, he ensures compliance with NFPA, ASHRAE, DEWA, and Civil Defence standards. His hands-on leadership drives Kalpataru’s commitment to quality, safety, and engineering excellence in every Dubai-based project.

With 18+ years of experience in the UAE construction sector, Mr. Manikandan oversees daily operations at Kalpataru Electro Mechanical L.L.C. He manages site execution, manpower deployment, subcontractors, and progress tracking across residential, commercial, hospitality, and infrastructure projects. His strong knowledge of UAE site practices, authority procedures, and technical issue resolution ensures timely, precise, and efficient project delivery.
